Frederick R. Lummis II

Mr. Lummis co-founded Platform Partners, LLC and currently serves as Chairman. Prior to Platform, he co-founded The CapStreet Group where he managed its private equity investments. Mr. Lummis has previous private equity experience with Duncan, Cook & Co. and Texas Commerce Bank. He also has significant operating experience having served as Chairman and CEO of American Tower Corporation, Advantage Outdoor Company and Cardtronics, Inc. Mr. Lummis received his B.A. from Vanderbilt University and his M.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Lummis also serves as a trustee for Howard Hughes Medical Institute and Woodberry Forest School. He is an advisory director of Amegy Bancorporation and director of Houston Baseball Partners.
