John H. Pinkerton

Mr. Pinkerton joined Encino Energy in 2016 and serves as the Executive Chairman of the Company. From 2017 to 2021, he also served as Executive Chairman of Encino Acquisition Partners.  Previously, Mr. Pinkerton served as Chairman, President and CEO of Range Resources Corporation (NYSE:RRC). During Mr. Pinkerton’s 22-year career as President and CEO of Range Resources, he built the company into one of the premier E&P companies in the U.S. and a pioneer in the Marcellus Shale play. Prior to Range Resources, Mr. Pinkerton was Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Snyder Oil Corporation. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Texas Christian University as well as the Board of Directors of EP Energy Corporation and PHX Minerals Inc. Mr. Pinkerton holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Texas Christian University and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Arlington.
