Jennifer R. Bass

Ms. Bass joined Encino in 2019 and serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to Encino she was the Chief Human Resources Officer & Senior Vice President of Venari Resources LLC, the Vice President of Human Resources for Direct Energy, and spent almost nine years in various leadership and management roles with Resources Global Professionals (NASDAQ: RECN), an international professional services firm that formerly was a subsidiary of Deloitte. Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor at South Texas College of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration at Texas State University. She is a Senior Certified Professional (SCP) through the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Human Resource Certification Institute. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the National Association of Corporate Directors, the Texas Bar Association and the Human Resources Leadership Network. She is currently on the human resources committee for the Board of Directors at Catholic Charities.
