Tim Parker

Mr. Parker joined Encino in 2016 and serves as the Chief Technical Officer of the Company. Mr. Parker founded Ardent Exploration LLC where he served as President and CEO. He was the CEO of HighMount E&P, a subsidiary of Loews Corporation (acquired from Dominion). Mr. Parker was Senior Vice President, Exploration & Production at Dominion Exploration & Production, Inc. (“Dominion E&P”). He was responsible for all operational activities in four business units spanning 10 basins in North America, including the most active drilling program in the U.S. in 2004-2006. Mr. Parker spent 23 years at Santa Fe Snyder Corporation, including as President, International and EVP, Exploration. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science (with a Sedimentary Geology emphasis) from Stanford University.
